Policies

Check-in: 4 PM, flexible. Checkout: 10 AM. The door code is sent by text on arrival day. If the unit is ready early, we will let you know; luggage drop-off is available before 4 PM.

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. There is a $5 additional guest fee for guests beyond two. The minimum renter age is 18.

House rules: No events and no smoking inside. Please smoke outside on the balcony.

Pets: Pets are welcome for $15 per pet, per night. If there is any doubt about a pet’s behavior, please crate the pet when left alone. Sweep up pet hair and address messes before departure; damages or excessive cleanup may require an additional fee.

Payment: Full payment is due at booking.

Cancellation: Full refund 15 or more days before arrival; 50% refund 8–14 days before arrival; no refund 0–7 days before arrival.
