Payment Policy

The full payment of reservation is due at booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 7 days notice on cancellations in order to receive a Full refund minus $10 Cancellation Fee.

Notes

We are pet friendly, however, we do charge $15 per night, per pet to bring your furry friend(s). We expect Owners to be aware of how their pet will behave in their absence. If there is any doubt, pets must be crated at all times while owners are away from unit. Damages, stains, accidents, and excessive clean up from shedding and pet hair will require an extra cleaning fee after departure. Please sweep up pet hair and address any messes or shedding.
